مرحبًا بك في Tameni. تُشكّل شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") اتفاقية ملزمة قانونًا بينك ("المستخدم" أو "أنت") وبين Tameni ("نحن" أو "الشركة") تنظّم استخدامك لتطبيقنا وموقعنا الإلكتروني وخدماتنا ذات الصلة (يُشار إليها مجتمعة بـ"الخدمة").

من خلال الوصول إلى Tameni أو استخدامه، فإنك تقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام بها. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، فلا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة.

Tameni هو تطبيق لإدارة الصحة يقدّم الخدمات التالية:

• إدارة التحاليل المعملية: تخزين وتنظيم ومتابعة نتائج تحاليلك الطبية المعملية
• تقنية OCR: مسح واستخراج البيانات من مستندات التحاليل باستخدام التعرف الضوئي على الحروف المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي
• التحليلات الصحية: عرض الاتجاهات والرسوم البيانية والإحصاءات لبياناتك الصحية عبر الزمن
• إدارة الأسرة: إدارة السجلات الصحية لأفراد الأسرة (بتفويض مناسب)
• الإشعارات: تلقّي تنبيهات وتذكيرات بشأن بياناتك الصحية
• تصدير البيانات: تصدير بياناتك الصحية بصيغ متعددة

3.1 إنشاء الحساب

• يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل لإنشاء حساب
• يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة عند التسجيل
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك
• يجب إخطارنا فورًا بأي وصول غير مصرح به إلى حسابك

3.2 أمان الحساب

• أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك
• يجب استخدام كلمة مرور قوية وفريدة
• يجب عدم مشاركة بيانات اعتماد حسابك مع الآخرين
• نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط

3.3 المصادقة عبر طرف ثالث

إذا سجّلت الدخول باستخدام Google أو خدمات طرف ثالث أخرى، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم بالإضافة إلى شروطنا.

توافق على استخدام Tameni فقط للأغراض المشروعة ووفقًا لهذه الشروط. توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:

• رفع معلومات صحية كاذبة أو مضلِّلة أو احتيالية
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الخدمة أو حسابات المستخدمين الآخرين
• استخدام الخدمة لمخالفة أي قوانين أو لوائح معمول بها
• التدخل في الخدمة أو الخوادم المتصلة بها أو تعطيلها
• نقل أي فيروسات أو برمجيات ضارة أو أكواد مؤذية
• إجراء هندسة عكسية أو فك تجميع أو تفكيك أي جزء من الخدمة
• استخدام أنظمة آلية (روبوتات، أدوات جمع بيانات) للوصول إلى الخدمة دون إذن
• انتحال شخصية أي فرد أو كيان أو تحريف انتمائك
• جمع أو حصد معلومات عن مستخدمين آخرين
• استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض تجاري دون موافقتنا الكتابية

• لا نصيحة طبية: لا نقدّم تشخيصًا طبيًا أو توصيات علاجية أو استشارة طبية مهنية
• ليست بديلاً: لا ينبغي أن تحل الخدمة محل استشارة أخصائيي الرعاية الصحية المؤهلين
• حالات الطوارئ: في حالات الطوارئ الطبية، تواصل مع خدمات الطوارئ فورًا. لا تعتمد على الخدمة
• دقة البيانات: رغم سعينا للدقة، قد تحتوي تقنية OCR على أخطاء. تحقق دائمًا من البيانات المستخرَجة مقارنةً بالمستندات الأصلية
• مسؤولية المستخدم: أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من دقة المعلومات الصحية التي تُدخلها أو ترفعها

باستخدامك لتطبيق Tameni، فإنك تقرّ بأن: أي قرارات صحية تتخذها هي مسؤوليتك وحدك، ولن تُحمِّل Tameni المسؤولية عن أي نتائج متعلقة بالصحة.

إذا أضفت أفراد أسرة إلى حسابك:

• فإنك تقرّ بأن لديك التفويض المناسب لإدارة معلوماتهم الصحية
• أنت مسؤول عن الحصول على موافقة أفراد الأسرة (أو أولياء أمورهم القانونيين) قبل إضافتهم
• توافق على استخدام معلوماتهم فقط لأغراض إدارة الصحة المشروعة
• يجوز لأفراد الأسرة طلب إزالة بياناتهم في أي وقت

7.1 ملكيتنا

الخدمة، بما في ذلك محتواها الأصلي وميزاتها ووظائفها وتصميمها وشعاراتها وعلاماتها التجارية، مملوكة لـ Tameni ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والملكية الفكرية الدولية.

7.2 محتواك

تحتفظ بملكية البيانات الصحية والمحتوى الذي ترفعه إلى Tameni. باستخدامك للخدمة، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لـ:

• تخزين ومعالجة وعرض بياناتك لتقديم الخدمة
• استخدام بيانات مجمَّعة ومجهولة المصدر لأغراض التحليل وتحسين الخدمة
• إجراء نسخ احتياطي لبياناتك لضمان استمرارية الخدمة

يجوز لك حذف بياناتك في أي وقت، وفقًا لسياسات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات الخاصة بنا.

• عدم وجود ضمان: لا نضمن توافر الخدمة بنسبة 100% من الوقت. قد تصبح الخدمة غير متاحة بسبب الصيانة أو التحديثات أو ظروف غير متوقعة
• التعديلات: نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الخدمة أو تعليقها أو إيقافها جزئيًا أو كليًا في أي وقت بإخطار أو دونه
• التحديثات: قد نُصدر تحديثات تضيف ميزات أو تعدّلها أو تحذفها. قد تحتاج إلى تحديث التطبيق لمواصلة استخدام بعض الميزات
• النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات: رغم تطبيقنا لأنظمة النسخ الاحتياطي، يُنصح بالاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية خاصة بك من بياناتك الصحية الهامة

يُقدَّم Tameni حاليًا مجانًا. ومع ذلك:

• نحتفظ بالحق في استحداث رسوم مقابل ميزات مدفوعة مستقبلاً
• في حال استحداث رسوم، سنقدّم إشعارًا لا يقل عن 30 يومًا
• يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت
• تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة، إن وُجدت، وفقًا لسياسة استرداد الأموال الخاصة بنا

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون:

• عدم وجود ضمان: تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توافرها" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية
• عدم المسؤولية الطبية: لسنا مسؤولين عن أي قرارات أو نتائج أو عواقب صحية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة
• فقدان البيانات: لسنا مسؤولين عن أي فقدان للبيانات، رغم تطبيقنا لتدابير معقولة لمنع ذلك
• انقطاع الخدمة: لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن انقطاع الخدمة أو الأخطاء أو عدم التوافر
• دقة OCR: لسنا مسؤولين عن أخطاء استخراج النصوص عبر OCR. تحقق دائمًا من البيانات المستخرَجة
• الحد الأقصى للمسؤولية: لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الـ 12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة (أو 100 دولار أمريكي إذا كنت تستخدم النسخة المجانية)

توافق على تعويض Tameni ومسؤوليها ومديريها وموظفيها ووكلائها والدفاع عنهم وإبرائهم من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو التزامات أو خسائر أو مسؤوليات أو تكاليف أو نفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة) ناشئة عن:

• استخدامك للخدمة
• مخالفتك لهذه الشروط
• مخالفتك لأي حقوق طرف ثالث
• أي محتوى أو بيانات تقدّمها أو تنشرها أو تنقلها عبر الخدمة

12.1 الإنهاء من قِبَلك

يمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت عن طريق:

• حذف حسابك من خلال إعدادات التطبيق
• التواصل معنا عبر support@tameni.net

12.2 الإنهاء من قِبَلنا

يجوز لنا إنهاء حسابك أو تعليقه فورًا، دون إشعار مسبق، في حال قيامك بما يلي:

• مخالفة شروط الخدمة هذه
• الانخراط في أنشطة احتيالية أو غير قانونية أو ضارة
• عدم سداد الرسوم المعمول بها (إن وُجدت)
• طلب حذف الحساب

12.3 أثر الإنهاء

عند الإنهاء:

• يتوقف حقك في استخدام الخدمة فورًا
• سنقوم بحذف بياناتك أو إخفاء هويتها كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا
• يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك قبل الإنهاء

• القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية
• تسوية النزاعات: تتم تسوية أي نزاعات من خلال التفاوض بحسن نية. وفي حال فشل التفاوض، تتم تسوية النزاعات عبر التحكيم وفقًا لقوانين التحكيم المصرية
• الاختصاص القضائي: تختص محاكم جمهورية مصر العربية دون غيرها بالنظر في أي نزاعات لا تخضع للتحكيم

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنُخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عن طريق:

• نشر الشروط المحدَّثة داخل التطبيق
• إرسال إشعار عبر البريد الإلكتروني
• عرض إشعار واضح عند وصولك التالي إلى الخدمة

استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التغييرات يُعد قبولاً منك للشروط المحدَّثة. إذا كنت لا توافق على التغييرات، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك.

إذا تبيّن أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ أو باطل، يُقيَّد هذا البند أو يُستبعد إلى الحد الأدنى اللازم، وتظل بقية البنود سارية المفعول بالكامل.

تشكّل هذه الشروط، إلى جانب سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبين Tameni فيما يتعلق بالخدمة، وتحل محل جميع الاتفاقيات والتفاهمات السابقة.

Welcome to Tameni. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Tameni ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Tameni, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Tameni is a health management application that provides the following services:

• Lab Test Management: Store, organize, and track your medical lab test results
• OCR Technology: Scan and extract data from lab documents using AI-powered optical character recognition
• Health Analytics: View trends, charts, and statistics of your health data over time
• Family Management: Manage health records for family members (with proper authorization)
• Notifications: Receive alerts and reminders about your health data
• Data Export: Export your health data in various formats

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must use a strong, unique password
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3.3 Third-Party Authentication

If you sign in using Google or other third-party services, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policies in addition to ours.

You agree to use Tameni only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

• No Medical Advice: We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or professional medical advice
• Not a Substitute: The Service should not replace consultations with qualified healthcare professionals
• Emergency Situations: In medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the Service
• Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, OCR technology may have errors. Always verify extracted data with original documents
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of health information you enter or upload

By using Tameni, you acknowledge that: Any health decisions you make are your sole responsibility, and you will not hold Tameni liable for any health-related outcomes.

If you add family members to your account:

• You represent that you have proper authorization to manage their health information
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from family members (or their legal guardians) before adding them
• You agree to use their information only for legitimate health management purposes
• Family members may request removal of their data at any time

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Tameni and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the health data and content you upload to Tameni. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your data to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement
• Back up your data to ensure service continuity

You may delete your data at any time, subject to our data retention policies.

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice
• Updates: We may release updates that add, modify, or remove features. You may need to update the app to continue using certain features
• Data Backup: While we implement backup systems, you are encouraged to maintain your own backups of important health data

Currently, Tameni is provided free of charge. However:

• We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features in the future
• If fees are introduced, we will provide at least 30 days' notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• No Warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• No Medical Liability: We are not liable for any health-related decisions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from your use of the Service
• Data Loss: We are not liable for any loss of data, though we implement reasonable measures to prevent data loss
• Service Interruptions: We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, errors, or unavailability
• OCR Accuracy: We are not liable for errors in OCR text extraction. Always verify extracted data
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you used the free version)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tameni, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the app settings
• Contacting us at support@tameni.net

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees (if any)
• Request account deletion

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We will delete or anonymize your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You may request a copy of your data before termination

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Egyptian arbitration laws
• Jurisdiction: The courts of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app
• Sending you an email notification
• Displaying a prominent notice when you next access the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tameni regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
